The floor plan

If you don’t have the floor plan, they can be requested from your local City Hall. Normally, the City Hall keeps the projects of houses built within the municipality in recent years. Access to these plans will depend on the age of your home. If they don’t exist, you can create them yourself (to be discussed) or hire the services of a local surveyor who often works on an hourly basis.

The geolocation to determine the magnetic north

For this, we need the exact postal address and the floor plan to determine a reference wall from which to base the energy structure, so we can calculate the strenght of the different zones and their correlation.

Custom questionnair

After applying geolocation and determining the energy zones, we perform calculations that will show:
– Where the positive and negative zones are located in your space
– Structural energetic defects
– Conflicts between the utilities of the different areas of the house and their governing energy.
From there, a personalized questionnaire will be sent to the client to confirm what symptoms are appearing in their life. The zones causing or reflecting issues in the client’s life will be balanced.

Sporadic/regular communication

During the study at times the Clients availability will be necessary for verbal or written interactions during the process, whether through calls, video calls, or in-person meetings, based on personal preferences as well as our availability. If in-person visits are not possible, photos of different rooms may be required, depending on the plan, calculations, and specific issues.

Procedure

Initial Consultation: Once the booking is made, we will schedule an initial consultation to understand your needs and determine the communication method for points that require clarification during the process.

Property plans: Official floor plan and geolocation, or the exact address to determine the geolocation. This information is needed at least 30 days before the Report delivery date.

Personalized Questionnaire: A personalized questionnaire will be prepared to confirm the information obtained from calculations with the issues manifested in the client’s life. This will help identify if the diagnosis obtained from the calculations is accurate. If not, the geolocation will be readjusted, and new calculations will be made.

Report delivery: Generally, the PDF Report will be delivered within 30 days. However, this may vary depending on the complexity of the space, necessary corrections, and the client’s availability, which we will determine during our initial contacts. A call will be scheduled to discuss the Report and clarify any doubts that may arise.

Follow-up: Once the Report is delivered and doubts are clarified, there is a 3-month window for follow-up, addressing questions that may arise during the implementation of adjustments, arranging in-person support for their application, or making further adjustments.

Payment

  • During the reservation, only 50% of the total service fee will be paid as a reservation. The remaining 50% will be paid on the day of the study delivery.
